Soudal , established in 1966 by Mr. Vic Swerts , has been one of the most important producers in the field of silicones from the very beginning.

Soudal has always been at the forefront of quality assurance in both products and services. In 1992, Soudal was the only SME among industrial giants such as Solvay to receive the coveted ISO 9002 certificate. In 2004, it also obtained the ISO 9001 certificate, based on the 2000 standard.
For Soudal, which generates a turnover of 500 million euros, more than 90% of which is exported, these certificates are of major importance. It is a first sign of seriousness. However, some of our important business partners prefer to conduct their own audits of our company. Soudal therefore willingly assists in this assessment. Such transparency can only foster the quality relationships that the company seeks to establish with all our partners.

For most of its products, Soudal has obtained professional quality approvals, international or local, from the usual control bodies.

The company develops a permanently elastic silicone sealant with very good adhesion to glass. It also withstands constant water pressure, making it ideal for specific applications such as aquariums and vivariums.
