PAYMENT METHOD AND SECURITY
To pay for their order, the consumer has the choice of all the payment methods referred to in the order process. The consumer guarantees AquarioSud that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by them, when validating the order form. AquarioSud reserves the right to suspend any order processing and any delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorization by the financial institutions concerned or in the event of non-payment. AquarioSud reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is currently being administered.
PAYMENT BY BANK CARD
Payment is made online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa and MasterCard).
You have the option to pay in one go with your bank card.
After adding your products to your cart, when choosing your payment method, click on the corresponding image.
Credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the Internet. It is available on almost all browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, etc.).
Payment is made directly to the bank.
Aquariosud has no access to these details and does not store them on its servers. This is why they are requested again for each new transaction on our site.
Anti-fraud controls:
Aquariosud monitors all orders placed on its website. These checks are designed to protect Aquariosud from abusive practices by fraudsters.
Payments made by a credit card holder are limited to 3 per 24-hour period.
PAYMENT IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS BY CREDIT CARD WITH ALMA (suspended)
You can choose to pay for your purchases in installments by bank transfer with our partner Alma from 100 euros of purchase.
If you pay for your order in installments, you accept Alma's general customer conditions , as well as Alma's special conditions for customers of La Boutique des Animaux .
In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, whatever the reason, all costs (commissions and insurance taken by ALMA) remain the responsibility of the customer.
Costs at your expense:
- €200 < Payment in 2 installments < max €2,000: 0.65% per transaction
- €600 < Payment in 3 installments < max €2000: 1.31% per transaction
- €1,500 < Payment in 4 installments < max €2,000: 1.95% per transaction
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL ACCOUNT
You can also pay for your purchases using money deposited into your Paypal account.
When you use PayPal as your e-wallet, your financial information is never shared with us, ensuring complete security and you don't have to enter your credit card information.
A commission of 3.5% + €0.25 fixed fee per order will be charged to you (fees suspended).
In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, whatever the reason, all costs (commissions and insurance charged by Paypal) remain the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT BY BANK CHECK
You can pay by bank or postal check (in Euros, from a French bank).
Your order will be shipped after receipt and clearing of your payment. Payment by check should be made payable to " Aquariosud ".
