HANNA INSTRUMENTS HI97115 / Multi-parameter Photometer Special seawater

The HI97115 “Marine Master” photometer is a true mini-laboratory for essential analyses in aquariums and marine biology.
It allows the precise monitoring of 8 parameters essential to the well-being of the occupants of marine biotopes.
HI97115 can be used as a standalone photometer for one-off routine measurements and can be connected to the Hanna Lab App with a compatible smart device via the built-in Bluetooth module. When connected, Hanna Lab App stores measurements with extended storage capacity, allows adding observations, data sharing, as well as creating and storing method groups.
The HI97115 is a compact and versatile marine multi-parameter photometer for the accurate determination of pH, alkalinity, ammonia, calcium, magnesium, nitrate, nitrite and phosphate in aquariums and marine biology applications.

The HI97115 allows 8 measurements:
• alkalinity in °dKH, determining the buffering capacity of the water
• calcium , a constituent of bones, shells and plant structures
• nitrates (narrow and wide range), dangerous in too high doses with algae proliferation
• nitrites , causing respiratory distress in fish at high concentrations
• pH , to avoid the threat of acidosis
• phosphates , developing an undesirable proliferation of algae and calcification of corals.

• HI97115C comes in a carrying case with 2 measuring cuvettes and caps, reagents for each parameter (except for the narrow range nitrate method), 2 1 mL graduated syringes with tip, 1 mini-pipette with tip, 2 3 mL Pasteur pipettes, cuvette cleaning tissue, scissors and batteries.
